What currency are the prices I see on the site?

All prices are listed in USD. If you're shopping from abroad, please be aware of exchange rates when making purchases.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days of production time for your order to be dispatched. On average, shipping times are between 15-21 days. Tracking numbers will be provided 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at luminousluxe2025@outlook.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Please ensure that you include your name and order number with the returned items. Remember, you must cover the shipping cost for the returned items.

If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without any penalty up until it ships. If it’s already dispatched, please use our return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you've made a mistake with your address, please respond to your order confirmation email. Confirm whether the address is incorrect, and notify us at luminousluxe2025@outlook.com. If notified within 24 hours, we can update the address. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds available for incorrect submissions after this window.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping durations may vary as we fulfill orders from various centers around the globe. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
